  1. Browse & Select Your Design

    • Explore our collection of crochet items or share your custom design idea with us.

    • Choose from a variety of products, including hats, scarves, blankets, cardigans, bags, and more.

  2. Submit Your Request

    • Place your order through:

    • Provide details including:

      • Item Type (e.g., cardigan, baby blanket, etc.)

      • Size (small, medium, large, or custom dimensions)

      • Color Choice (up to 2 colors or specific yarn preferences)

      • Design/Pattern (select from our options or describe your custom idea)

      • Additional Requests (e.g., embellishments, special stitches, etc.)

  3. Receive a Quote

    • Once we review your request, we will send you:

      • A price estimate

      • Estimated processing time

      • Payment options

  4. Approve & Pay Deposit

    • A 65% deposit or half (depending on the item) is required before production begins.

    • Accepted payment methods: Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle.

    • After deposit confirmation, we will finalize the design and begin crafting your order.

  5. Creation & Updates

    • Your custom crochet item is handcrafted with care.

    • We will provide progress updates during the process.

    • Any changes requested after production starts may incur additional fees.

  6. Final Payment & Delivery

    • Once your item is complete, we will send you photos of the finished product.

    • The remaining balance must be paid before shipping.

    • Your order will then be shipped to the provided address.​​

Processing Time

 

  • Standard processing times vary based on item complexity:

    • Small Accessories (hats, headbands, etc.): 1-2 weeks

    • Medium Items (scarves, bags, baby blankets): 2-4 weeks

    • Large Items (sweaters, dresses, throws): 4-6 weeks

    • Jumbo Cardigans & Custom Designs: 6+ weeks

  • Rush orders are available for an additional fee (subject to availability).

Delivery & Shipping

 

  • Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via standard shipping, with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days after completion.

  • International Shipping: Available upon request; shipping costs and delivery times will vary.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

  • Local Pickup: If you are in the local area, pickup options may be available upon request.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final on custom crochet orders.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
